Two Upcoming Williamson Youth Track Club Registrations:

 

Sam Smith TN Youth Track and Field Invitational meet to be held Saturday May 26th at Tennessee Preparatory School. 

Registration will be open starting Tuesday May 15, 2012. 

Please go to the Williamson Youth Track Club website and register through the registration page.   

 

You can either select pay online or offline, but all Williamson Youth Athletes should register online through our website.  If you pay offline you can bring a check or money order to one of the track practices this week (Wednesday May 16th or Thursday May 17th) to pay for your child’s events  (Please indicate on the check or money order which meet that you are paying for).

 

 Your child must have their AAU and USATF numbers in order to register for this event. 

 

All High school track athletes that choose that are a member of the Williamson Youth track team can register for this event since the State meet will be over.

 

The cost per event is $6.  Registration for this meet will close on Friday May 18th, 2012 at 11pm.

5th Annual Williamson Youth Invitational to

 be held on June 9, 2012 in

Brentwood, TN

 

The cost per event is $6.00.

 

Registration will be open starting Tuesday May 15th, 2012- June 2nd, 2012 at 8pm.

 

Please go to the Williamson Track Club’s registration page to register for this event online immediately.  Registration for this event will end on June 2, 2012 at 8pm.  Your child must have their USATF number to compete in this meet.  

 

You can either select pay online or offline, but all Williamson Youth Athletes must register for this event through our website.  If you pay offline you can bring a check or money order to one of the track practices through May 31st , 2012 to pay for your child’s events.

 

 Your child must have their USATF number in order to register for this event. 

 

All members (elementary-High School) of the Williamson Youth track Team are required to register for this meet unless you have talked to either Coach Gary or Coach Shannon.

Please remember:

Summer registration for Williamson Youth Track Club is still open, but will close June 11th, 2012.  

 

 

Cost:  $195 Early Registration (before April 14), $210 (April 15-May 19, 2012), Late fee of $20 starting May 20, 2012.    Payment is due by the first day of practice May 14th.

 

Registration can be paid online on our website at www.williamsonyouthtrack.org under the “registration” page or by money order or check  (Please make all checks and money orders payable to Williamson Youth Track and mailed to: Williamson Youth Track, c/o Gary Gosch, 91 Somerton Park, Franklin, TN 37069).  Even if you pay by money order or check you still must register your child online through our website.

 

Practice starts May 14th  at  6:00pm to 8:00 PM; No refund will be given after May 17th.  Any refund that is given during that time will also have a $5 refund processing fee charged by the club.  You must between the ages 8-18 to join.
